Pre-Payment Policy
All sessions must be paid in full when booking to secure your child’s time slot.
Refunds/Rescheduling Policy
We do not offer refunds however you may reschedule your session with no penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
48-Hour Cancellation Window
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before their scheduled session time to avoid fees.
Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice)
50% of the fee will be retained and 50% will be credited towards a future session. This fee helps compensate your instructor for their reserved time.
No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations (Within 2 Hours)
The full session fee ($90) will be charged. No refunds or credits will be given.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand life happens! In cases of a family emergency, we may waive fees once/quarter (4 waives annually) with proper communication.
Weather or Pool Closure
Pool Sessions are rain or shine; however, if a session is canceled due to severe weather or a facility issue, you can reschedule the session to a futre date without fee.
Why This Policy Exists
Your child’s instructor sets aside time just for them. No-shows and late cancellations take away paid opportunities.
This policy allows us to pay our instructors fairly while maintaining a flexible, child-centered program.
