1) Introduction

Welcome to The Play Pool. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and participation in sessions. By booking a session or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2) Session Policies

​

Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be prepaid in full at the time of booking via our Wix scheduling system.

• Sessions are offered at $90 per child per session, price is subject to change

• Payment secures your session slot and confirms acceptance of our policies.

Cancelations and No-Shows

• 48+ hours notice: No fee. You may reschedule.

• 2–47 hours notice: 50%  of payment is retained and 50% of payment is credited/applied to a future session. 

• Less than 2 hours notice or no-show: Full session fee (100%) is non-refundable.

Refunds and Rescheduling

• We do not offer refunds. However, with proper notice (48+ hours), we are happy to reschedule your session.

• Sessions canceled outside of policy are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Parent/Gaurdian Policies

• Parents/guardians may not enter the pool at any time.

• You may stay on the premises or leave during your child’s session.

• If you choose to leave, you must return at least 10 minutes before the session ends.

Liability and Release

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

• You understand the risks associated with aquatic activities.

• You release The Play Pool, its owner, staff, and independent contractors from all liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.

• You acknowledge sessions are provided by trained professionals but are not considered therapy or medical treatment.

Health and Safety

• Children with contagious illnesses, fevers, or open wounds may not attend sessions.

• All participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by instructors.

• The pool is cleaned and maintained according to safety standards.

Independent Contractors

• Instructors are experienced, licensed therapists working as independent contractor swimming instructors and aquatic coaches.

• Contractors are not performing healthcare or medical treatment.

• Each contractor maintains their own professional liability insurance.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Information collected via our website is only used to facilitate your session bookings and communications. We never share your information without consent.

Change to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website and services implies agreement to the revised terms.
