Ms. Crystal
Ms. Crystal is the Founder of The Play Pool and Sprouts Therapy, a well-known pediatric practice on Oahu. She has over two decades of experience working with children with Autism, sensory differences, and motor challenges including experience as an aquatic therapist and beach therapist.
​
The Play Pool was born out of Crystal’s passion for creating joyful, engaging aquatic experiences that support kids in becoming confident, safe, and connected in the water. As both a parent and professional, Crystal is deeply committed to changing the narrative around water safety for children with disabilities.

Ms. Chelle
Ms. Chelle has always had a passion for working with children and families. Chelle attended university in her home state of Wisconsin to earn her degree in Occupational Therapy focusing on pediatric practice.
She has 25 years of pediatric therapy experience and finds joy in helping families and children to optimize their lives and achieve their full potential.

Chelle has a combined love of nature, outdoor activities and adventure that she enjoys sharing with her clients through nature based therapy and play.

Ms. Jaime
Ms. Jaime was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii and has been working with children her whole life. Her mother was a special education teacher for the Department of Education for over 30 years and Jaime grew up volunteering in her classroom.
She previously worked as an Occupational Therapist for 13 years in a variety of settings including rehabilitation of brain injuries and other neurological diagnoses as well as outpatient pediatric therapy, where she grew her love for working with kids in the water. She loves creating relationships with clients and their families to help them grow and live happy and healthy lives.
